Iaido

Why not have a real samurai experience on a traditional Noh stage? Iaido is a martial art in which you practice the series of movements required to sheathe a Japanese sword, from drawing it to defeating an imaginary enemy. Unlike kendo, you do not actually fight an opponent, but practice forms against an imaginary enemy, so there is absolutely no danger involved. Today, iaido is practiced with the aim of maintaining health through the physical and mental training of the martial art.
Iaido
Iaido is a martial art in which you practice the series of movements from sheathing a Japanese sword to unsheathing it and defeating an imaginary enemy. Unlike kendo, you don't actually fight with an opponent, but practice kata (forms) against an imaginary opponent, so there is absolutely no danger. For safety reasons, the swords used in iaido are not real swords, but rather mock swords that are the same weight as real swords. This gives it a more realistic feel than kendo.
Iaido is said to be effective in correcting one's character and maintaining health by learning the principles of the sword, mastering etiquette, training mental concentration and muscle strength, and maintaining correct posture.
