We will hold a "Experience of making Sushi and tasting Sake"

Purpose
1. By holding an event which internationals can experience making sushi and tasting sake, we will conduct a survey of international's? impressions and attitudes to Japanese food and we will use it as a reference for future business plans.

2. A sake expert will teach internationals how to choose sake that suits Japanese food, so that foreigners will improve their awareness of sake.

3.When inbound tourists become active again, we will use this session as an event that attracts inbound tourists on the "sushi grip experience and sake mariage" so that it will become a local specialty, and connect it to attracting tourists to Aichi.
